What if I have a problem while placing an
order OnLine?
If you are not sure how to complete your order, click on “View
Cart” to receive further instructions or contact a Customer
Service Representative at (780) 438-3044 (8:00 a.m. – 5:00
p.m. MT, Monday to Friday).
How
do I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?
Orders are processed very quickly. If you change your mind once
your order has been submitted, please contact a Customer Service
Representative as soon as possible and we will make every effort
to accommodate your request.
What are
the payment methods accepted?
Online & Fax: Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit
cards.
Please note that the charge on your credit
card statement will appear as Creative Concepts DVR Inc. Creative
Concepts is the fulfillment house that completes the shipment
of the merchandise available for sale.
Mail Orders – Money order payments
made payable to "Creative Concepts” or any of the credit
cards listed above.
Fax Orders – any of the credit cards
listed above.
When will
my credit card be charged?
We charge your card once your order has been reserved with all
the merchandise requested. This is typically within 48 hours of
receiving your order.
What
do I do if my credit card information is declined?
Once we have verified that the name,
credit card number and expiration date have been input correctly,
we will place a telephone call notifying you of the declined status.
We are unable to provide information on why a card might have
been declined. Occasionally, a credit card purchase is authorized
at the time an order is placed, but declined at the time of shipping,
which may be due to the expiry date on your credit card. We regret
that this is not a situation that we can foresee or control, and
recommend that you contact your issuing bank if this should occur.
Once you have provided us with revised information we will reprocess
the order.
If I ordered
an item, and it is on back order – will you ship it to me
when it is available?
If an item is on back order, your entire order will be held until
your order can be completely fulfilled and shipped.

do I cancel an order for an item that is on back order?

We will gladly cancel your order for you,
or help you select a comparable item that is available for immediate
delivery.
Gift
Giving
If you would like to send merchandise as a gift to an alternate
address, please follow these steps:
Shipping Address ~ All you have to do is provide us with the alternative
shipping address on the order form. The site provides a separate
area for billing and shipping information. Complete only the billing
information section if that is the location your shipment is to
be sent. If you would like your order shipped to an alternate
address, simply fill in the appropriate billing information and
then proceed to fill in the “ship to” information.
This will allow your purchase to be charged and shipped accordingly.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied
with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact our returns
department at (780) 438-3044 within 72 hours of receiving the
item to obtain a “return authorization” (RA) number
and be informed of the return procedure.
How do I
return a gift?
Returns can be processed without a receipt, if we can locate the
purchasing information in our database. Please call us at (780)
438-3044 and we will search our database for the original order.
We will need to know the name of the person who bought the gift
for you. If we are unable to match your item with an order in
our system, we regret that we will not be able to process your
return unless the gift giver can provide documentation. However,
if we can locate an order, the original purchasing credit card
will be credited.
When
can I expect to receive a credit for my return?
Refunds will be given to the original purchasing credit card for
the purchase price shown on your receipt, less shipping and handling
charges. (Some service charges may apply). We will process the
return and credit your account within 48 hours of the receipt
of your returned item. However, depending on your credit card
company’s policy, it may take one to two billing cycles
for the credit to appear on your statement. For purchases made
via cheque or money order, refunds will be given by issuing a
cheque to the original purchaser. Please allow up to 2 weeks to
receive the cheque in the mail.
What do I
do if my order was shipped incomplete, or if I received the wrong
item?
If you receive an order that is incomplete or if the wrong item
was shipped, please let us know. Customer Service Representatives
are available to assist you Monday to Friday (8:00 – 5:00

Shipping
Time
Based on the destination, for mail-in orders, please allow up
to 4 weeks for delivery. For fax and online orders, please allow
up to 2 weeks for delivery. Merchandise will be shipped via courier.
How
are taxes calculated on my order?
Taxes applied to your order will depend on the billing information.
All orders will be charged 6% GST.
